Ausführen des Migrationsskripts 7 zum Vergleichen von Project Server 2003- und Project Server 2007-Momentaufnahmen für die Datenüberprüfung

Mit Migrationsskript 7 wird die Microsoft Office Project Server 2003-Datenmomentaufnahme vor der Migration (mit Skript 3 erstellt) mit der Microsoft Office Project Server 2007-Datenmomentaufnahme nach der Migration (mit Skript 5 erstellt) verglichen. Folgende Vorgänge werden von Skript 7 ausgeführt:

  1. Auflisten der Projekte, die nicht zur Datenbank Entwurf migriert wurden (Projekte, die in Project Server 2003 vorhanden sind, aber nicht in der Office Project Server 2007-Datenbank Veröffentlicht)

  2. Auflisten der einzelnen Projektnamen mit Unterschieden in bestimmten Feldern

  3. Auflisten der einzelnen Projektnamen und Aufgaben mit Unterschieden in bestimmten Feldern

Mit diesem Skript werden Variablen für die Felder Arbeit, Dauer und Kosten der Projekte und Aufgaben festgelegt. Anhand dieser Variablen können die Abweichungen in verschiedenen Feldern ermittelt werden, die entweder größer als die positive Fehlertoleranz oder kleiner als die negative Fehlertoleranz sind. Dank dieses Features kann der Benutzer die Fehler ignorieren, die innerhalb der Toleranz liegen, und sich auf die wesentlichen Abweichungen konzentrieren.

Dieses Skript ist eines von mehreren Postmigrationsskripts, die in der virtuellen Migrationsumgebung (Virtual Migration Environment, VME) von Project Server enthalten sind. Das Ausführen der Skripts ist optional, aber sehr empfehlenswert, weil damit Probleme erkannt werden können, die eine erfolgreiche Migration der Daten verhindern können. So führen Sie Skript 7 aus

  1. Klicken Sie auf dem VME-Desktop auf Start Migration Process. Ein Windows Explorer-Fenster mit dem Inhalt von Laufwerk E: wird angezeigt.

  2. Doppelklicken Sie in Windows Explorer auf den folgenden Ordner:

    • Wenn Sie eine einzige Datenbank verwenden, öffnen Sie den Ordner Migrate_Proj_2003_Single_DB.

    • Wenn Sie geteilte Project Server 2003-Datenbanken verwenden, öffnen Sie Migrate_Proj_2003_Split_DB.

  3. Öffnen Sie den Ordner Verification Scripts, und klicken Sie auf VME Script 7.sql. Dadurch wird SQL Server Management Studio geöffnet und Skript 7 angezeigt.

  4. Klicken Sie auf Ausführen, um das Skript auszuführen.

  5. Untersuchen Sie die Ergebnisse.

Wichtig

Die Skriptergebnisse können fälschliche Konflikte von Vorgangsnummern zwischen Project Server 2003- und Office Project Server 2007-Vorgängen melden. Wenn Sie beispielsweise einen Vorgang, der von Project Server 2003 zu Office Project Server 2007 migriert wurde, vergleichen, stimmt die TASK_UID von Project Server 2003 möglicherweise nicht mit der TASK_ID von Project Server 2003 überein. Dies ist darauf zurückzuführen, dass Vorgänge in Project Server 2003 nicht übereinstimmende UIDs und IDs aufweisen können, wenn Vorgänge innerhalb eines Projekts eingefügt, gelöscht und verschoben werden. Falls die Ergebnisse von Skript 7 diese Art von Konflikten aufweisen, können Sie die Korrektheit der migrierten Werte überprüfen, indem Sie die in Microsoft Project Professional 2010 angezeigten Werte aus der Quellumgebung mit der migrierten Umgebung vergleichen. Wenn diese Werte übereinstimmen, stimmen die von Skript 7 gemeldeten Konflikte nicht und können ignoriert werden.
