Explanation

This Information event indicates that the server that is running Microsoft Exchange and that logged this event will now use the global catalog servers in the local Active Directory site. This event may occur if the global catalog servers that are specified in the event description are temporarily unavailable, and if Exchange Active Directory Provider is moved to a remote Active Directory site to access and cache the Active Directory information.
