To resolve this error, follow these steps:

• Review the Application log for other events that occurred at the same time as this event to help determine the cause. For example, an event that informs you about a problem contacting a specific server may indicate a problem with network connectivity. You can use the Ping or PathPing command-line tools to test basic connectivity from the Exchange server to one of the domain controllers. Use Ping to isolate network hardware problems and incompatible configurations. Use PathPing to detect packet loss over multiple-hop trips.
