Contacting Microsoft Technical Support

There are many support options for Microsoft products. For example, you can use any one of the following options:

  • Self Support - Visit a Solution Center for information about the product including troubleshooting steps, solutions to common issues, Knowledge Base (KB) search, and the latest downloads.

  • Assisted Support - Help from a support professional. Support options could include telephone, online chat, or e-mail assistance.

  • Microsoft Services - Support Services provides a variety of support options to businesses, IT professionals, developers, and home users. Consulting Services provides customized technical expertise to Enterprise businesses. Customer Service provides assistance about non-technical issues such as product purchases, subscriptions, and more.

Commerce Server Product Feedback Center

Our goal is to create a community around product feedback and partner with you to help make our products even better. The Product Feedback Center is the place to submit bugs and suggestions on both released and pre-release versions of Commerce Server.

You can use Microsoft Connects to access the Product Feedback Center. Just click the Start button, navigate your installed programs to your instance of Commerce Server 2009 R2 and select the link to the Commerce Server Feedback Center.

You will need to register to have access to downloads and other items in this site. To do this, add Commerce Server to your Connect dashboard and then register by clicking the Your Profile link on your Connect page.
