You can customize the language you see when you use the Business Management Applications without affecting the language settings on your servers or site. You can add languages by installing the appropriate language pack.

Use the Commerce Server 2009  Language Settings screen to select a language in which to view  menus, dialog boxes, error messages and other user interface elements.

Languages available to Commerce Server 2009

Select a language from the drop-down list in which you will see Commerce Server 2009 menus, dialog boxes, and documentation.

Same as system (where language is available)

If Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Family or Windows Server 2008 Multilingual User Interface Pack is installed on the computer, selecting the Same as system option will align the language displayed in Commerce Server 2009 applications with the language selected for the computer.

Selecting this option will display the business management applications in the language selected in Regional and Language Options in Control Panel. If Commerce Server 2009 is not available in that language. The business management applications will display in the Commerce Server 2009 installed language.

You can add languages by installing the language packs available from the Microsoft Web site.
