How to Export a List of User Information

This topic describes how to export a list of user information. You can export the contents of a list to a .txt or .csv file. You can export the list contents to a file to view the contents of the list. You can use the file to create new lists or add the users to other lists.

To export a list

  1. Click Start, point to Microsoft Commerce Server 2009 , and then click Marketing Manager.

  2. In Marketing Manager, in the Views pane, click Lists.

  3. In the Search Results pane, select the list that contains the contents that you want to export.

  4. In the Tasks pane, click Export list.

  5. In the Export List dialog box, in the Destination box, type or move to the location where you want to write the exported file, and then click OK.
