Business Desk: Cannot access sites when logged into Business Desk as Administrator

You successfully log on to Commerce Server Business Desk using the Administrator account created in Microsoft Windows 2000. But now you cannot access the sites. Business Desk does not allow you to access a site as Administrator because no Business Desk user profile exists for this name. However, you cannot create a user named Administrator in Business Desk, because that name already exists on the computer.

Solution

Log onto Business Desk using a user account created in Business Desk. Make sure this account has appropriate access privileges. If necessary, add Business Desk users to the Administrator group.
