Publishing Order Codes on Your Web Site

You use the Publish Order Codes module to update your site immediately with new information that you added, such as changed orders, new tax rates, and shipping methods.

You can view the sites and the order code caches that they contain. If you do not want to publish an order code cache, you can remove it from the list.

To publish tax, shipping, and order information

To delete an order code cache

To publish order, tax, and shipping information

1. In Orders, click Publish Order Codes.

   Only the active caches are listed in the Publish Order Codes screen. If no caches are listed, there is nothing to publish.

2. From the list of active caches, select the caches you want to update on your site, and then click on the toolbar.

All of your order, tax, and shipping information is immediately updated on your site.

To delete an order code cache

1. In Orders, click Publish Order Codes.
2. Select the site and its order code cache you want to delete, and then click on the toolbar.
3. In the Delete? confirmation dialog box, click Yes to delete the order code cache for the selected site.

The order code cache for the selected site is deleted from the Production Items list.
