Checking the Status of a Static Report

You use the Completed Reports module to view the status of a static report.

To view the status of a static report

• In Analysis, click Completed Reports.

  The status of the report appears in the Status column of the Reports list. The status is one of the following:

  • Completed. The report has completed. You can now open the report to view it.
  • Pending. The report is running.
  • Failed. The report did not complete successfully. If a report fails, have your system administrator check the application log file in the Event Viewer for error messages.

Note

• The Status column in the Completed Reports module sorts on the Status ID in the order of Completed, Pending, and Failed.
