When no catalog is selected, the home page shows featured products in the main content area.

There are many strategies for the display of featured content that sites may want to implement. Some examples are:

  • Static content – using static HTML pages.
  • Targeted content – using the Content Selector Framework (CSF) for discounts or ads.
