User not authorized to view page – reauthentication request
You cannot view a page in Commerce Server Business Desk due to one of the following conditions:
- Business Desk unexpectedly displays a request for your user name and password.
- You receive an error message stating that the user is not authorized to view the page.
- The Enter Network Password dialog box reappears after you have entered the correct logon information.
Solution
If your Business Desk is running on a different Web server than Commerce Server, the one running Commerce Server might be out of memory. Contact your system administrator for assistance.
