Unpack the Retail Site for the Tutorial

Your system administrator must use Commerce Server Site Packager to unpack the Retail site. This site is used throughout the Business-to-Consumer tutorial. The Commerce Server Retail site is available at https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=6491.
