Lab 3: Creating a Marketing Campaign

In this lab, you create a marketing campaign using direct mail to recognize your new users. A marketing campaign uses communication vehicles such as direct mail to accomplish a specific result, such as increasing marketing share, introducing new products, or retaining customers. A marketing campaign represents one or more contracts or orders from a customer. To create your marketing campaign, you add a customer to the Campaign Manager module, and then you create an advertising campaign for that customer.
