Creating the CSF Headlines Sample

The Commerce Server 2000 Software Development Kit (SDK) includes a sample called CSF Headlines that contains components that you can use for displaying targeted news headlines on a site. It includes a scoring pipeline component and a custom cache loader component for loading the headlines and for creating a ContentListFactory object.
