This file is generated by Commerce Server Site Packager during unpacking and contains the site and application names. The information in this file should not be changed and will be lost after packaging and unpacking a site.
Remarks
This file should be secured by turning off both read and anonymous access to it in Internet Information Services (IIS). This file should not be secured with NTFS permissions because it needs to be readable under user credentials such as the IUSR account.
