Percentage Off and Dollar Off Variations of the Shipping Discount
Similar to order-level discounts, percentage off discounts and dollar off discounts are distributed among different shipments. The OrderLevelDiscountApply component and the ShippingDiscountAdjust component use the same code, which makes it possible for site developers to make custom changes to your site to support this type of discount.
