Summary of Report Issues
The following table summarizes the known issues with Reports.
| Report | Issue |
| Usage Trend | Total and Grand Totals are based on the number of users for a given day. This may not correspond to the reporting period you have specified. |
| General Activity Statistics | The number reported for the average visits per weekday may not be accurate. It is calculated as "number of visits on a given weekday/number of weeks in the specified time period." This report does not give an accurate average in some cases. A similar issue exists for the number of visits per hour or per day. |
| Buyer Browse to Purchase | The percentage of registered users purchasing is based on all users, not on registered users as indicated by the report. |
| Customer Spend Summary and Product Sales | The unit price for both of these reports is inaccurate. |
