GetProductQuantity - Solution Sites Routine

This function uses the RequestNumber method of the AppFrameWork object to retrieve and return the value of the PRODUCT_QTY_URL_KEY. If this value is Null, or outside the range of 1 to 999, the value is reset to -1.
