Unpacking Business Desk twice overwrites the second instance

If you try to unpack a new Business Desk from the same package you originally used, the second instance of Business Desk attempts to overwrite the first. For example, if you want to add the RetailBizdesk from the retail package, or add the BlankBizdesk from the blank package, the second instance of Business Desk attempts to overwrite the first. However if you are unpacking the BlankBizdesk to a retail site, this problem does not occur.

Solution

Use the Custom Unpack option the second time you unpack the Business Desk from your original package. In the Select IIS Computers, Web Sites and Paths dialog box, in the IIS Web site box, rename the IIS virtual directory application. This creates an application with a different name.
