Lesson 1: Creating Organizations
Scenario: In this lesson, you will create two organizations, one called Office Supplies Product Group, and the other called Office Machines Product Group. You will also assign the appropriate catalog set to each organization. You created a catalog set for each trading partner earlier in Lab 2 of this tutorial. When you create user accounts, later in this lab, you will add users to the appropriate organization. Assigning catalog sets and users to an organization allows you to control which user has access to a particular catalog.
Each of the steps listed below is a prerequisite for the subsequent step. It is important to complete each step in the order listed:
- Step 1: Creating the Office Machines Product Group organization
- Step 2: Creating the Office Supplies Product Group organization
- Step 3: Viewing the organizations
