Microsoft Content Management Server 2001 and Later

You can use Microsoft Content Management Server 2001 (MSCMS) and later editions to define pages in MSCMS folders, based on templates defined in the MSCMS templates gallery and posted to MSCMS channels. The MSCMS Content Connector is also used to achieve certain aspects of the integration with Microsoft Commerce Server 2002.

Content Management Server automates the publishing process and contains scheduling, version control, customizable workflow, browser-based publishing, and archiving features. It enables you to reuse and share content across enterprise applications. Content creators can add or change content without assistance from technical staff.

Integration with Microsoft Content Management Server is not provided out-of-the-box with Commerce Server 2002. This functionality is provided by the Microsoft Solution for Internet Business. For more information about this solution, see https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=6064.
