Static report date values do not match Regional Option settings

The header date in a static report and the date values in the data itself do not follow the date format or the date separator specified in the Regional Option settings.

Dynamic reports do follow the format that is specified in the Regional Option settings.

Solution

This is by design. There are no locale properties for the Office Web Components. The Office Web Components always use the properties read from the client computer. This differs from the rest of Business Desk in which locale properties can be set and are propagated to the other Business Desk pages, including the static reports.
