Lab 4: Implementing Marketing Campaigns

In this lab, you will implement marketing campaigns on your site using Visual Studio .NET.

After completing this lab, you can:

• Create Campaign Expressions
• Create Target Groups
• Create Campaign Customers
• Create Campaigns
• Create Ads and Discounts Campaign Items

You will learn to programmatically do the following with the new Commerce Server 2002 Base Class Library (BCL):

• Retrieve and display a targeted Advertisement
• Retrieve, display, and process a targeted Discount

This lab contains the following steps:

• Step 1: Create a Campaign Expression
• Step 2: Create a Target Group
