How to Create a Personalized Activity Group

Use these procedures to create activity groups in the Activities Toolbox pane in the System Center 2012 – Service Manager Authoring Tool.

To create a top-level activity group

  1. In the Activities Toolbox pane, right-click Activity Groups, and then click New Group.

  2. Enter a name for the new group.

To create an activity subgroup

  1. In the Activities Toolbox pane, right-click the parent group, and then click New Group.

  2. Enter a name for the new group.
