How to: Schedule a Report Snapshot (Management Studio)

  1. In Object Explorer, navigate to the report that you want to configure. Right-click the report item and then click Properties. The General page of the Report Properties dialog box is displayed.

  2. Click Execution in the Select a page area on the left. The Execution page of the Report Properties dialog box is displayed.

  3. Select Create a snapshot on the following schedule. Then do one of the following:

    • To create a custom schedule, select Use the following schedule to create execution snapshots, and then click Configure. The Create Custom Schedule dialog box is displayed. Configure the schedule, and then click OK.
    • To use a shared schedule, select Shared schedule, and then select an existing schedule from the list.
  4. Click OK.
