Windows Dialog Box (Microsoft Document Explorer Help)

This dialog box enables you to display, close, and arrange documents that are open in editors and designers. You can display this dialog box by clicking Windows on the Window menu.

Options

  • Name
    Displays the names of document and tool windows, with the item currently active selected.
  • Path
    Displays the full path for documents. Windows typically do not have a path.
  • Activate
    Makes the document or tool window selected the active item in Microsoft Document Explorer.
  • Save
    Saves the selected window. Not all windows can be saved.
  • Close Windows
    Closes the selected documents and windows in the list.
