Select Dimension Attributes (Dimension Wizard)
Use the Select Dimension Attributes page to select and modify the attributes for the dimension to be created.
Note
This page is displayed only if you selected Build the dimension using a data source on the Select Build Method page and if you selected Standard dimension on the Select the Dimension Type page.
Options
(Column with check boxes)
Select to include an attribute in the dimension.To include a specific attribute, select the check box for that attribute.
To include all attributes, select the check box in the column header.
Attribute Name
Lists the available attributes.To change the name of an attribute, click the attribute and type a new name for the attribute.
Attribute Key Column
Lists the columns that contain the key values for the attributes.To change the column that contains the key values, click the column, and then select a different column from the list.
Attribute Name Column
Lists the columns that contain the name values for the attributes.To change the column that contains the name values, click the column, and then select a different column from the list.
Note
If a separate attribute name column does not exist for the attribute, select the same column specified in Attribute Key Column.
