News and highlights

Get current: end of support coming for older versions

In the coming year, the following MDOP components will reach end of support:

  • Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Virtualization (MED-V) 1.0  and MED-V 1.0 Service Pack 1will reach end of support on October 9, 2018. Be sure to upgrade to the latest version,  MED-V 2.0, before this date.
  • Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM) 4.0 Service Pack 2 will reach end of support on October 11, 2016. Be sure to upgrade to the latest version, AGPM 4.0 Service Pack 3, before this date.
  • SoftGrid Application Virtualization (App-V) for Desktops 4.1 and 4.2, as well as SoftGrid Application Virtualization for Terminal Services 4.1, will reach end of support on July 11, 2017. Be sure to be on the current versions of those apps before this date.
