Session Outline

This session covers the new features and concepts introduced to Active Directory with the introduction of Windows Server 2008. We will discuss how to position Windows Server 2008 servers to gain the maximum impact in security, availability, and manageability. The session will also explore the features and benefits of the new installation options available with the Windows Server 2008 operating system. By deploying Read-Only Domain Controllers and Server Core Domain Controllers, you can significantly improve server security and minimize the attack surface of your most important server roles.
