OnResize method

Called by MSHTML when an element containing a rendering behavior is resized.

Syntax

HRESULT retVal = object.OnResize(pt);

Parameters

  • pt [in]
    Type: SIZE

    SIZE structure that specifies the new width and height for the element, including any expanded region.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.

Remarks

This method enables a behavior to respond to window resize events or to element resizing in design mode. A rendering behavior, for instance, could recalculate drawing parameters during the call to IHTMLPainter::OnResize.
