Provides subcommands for managing nodes.

Subcommand Description

node approve

This subcommand was deprecated in Microsoft® HPC Pack 2008 and is removed for Microsoft® HPC Pack 2012. It now does nothing.

node list

Displays information about or the history of the nodes in the HPC cluster.

node listcores

Displays a list of the cores that are available on the nodes in the HPC cluster.

node offline

Takes the specified node or all nodes offline.

Note

This subcommand was introduced in HPC Pack 2008 R2. It is not supported in previous versions.

node online

Brings the specified node or all nodes online.

Note

node pause

Takes the specified node or all nodes offline.

Note

This subcommand is deprecated as of HPC Pack 2008 R2 and is removed for HPC Pack 2012. Use node offline instead.

node resume

Brings the specified node or all nodes online.

Displays the property values or history for a node.

node /?

Displays Help at the command prompt.

node /help
