How can I access Microsoft Account for Organizations?
Access to the Microsoft account for organizations portal is limited to organizational accounts in a billing administrator or global administrator role for a Microsoft online service, such as Office 365. An initial organizational account, often assigned to an organizational services global administrator role, is created when an organization first signs up for a Microsoft online service.
Important
Access to the account for organizations portal is limited to organizational accounts (i.e. administrator@contoso.onmicrosoft.com) at this time. You cannot use a “Microsoft account” (i.e. user@hotmail.com or user@outlook.com) to access this portal even if you have signed up for Windows Azure with your Microsoft account.
