SYNOPSIS

Removes a replication partnership.

SYNTAX

DESCRIPTION

The Remove-SRPartnership cmdlet removes an existing replication partnership. A partnership is the replication relationship between replication groups on a pair of servers, a pair of clusters, or nodes in a stretch cluster.

EXAMPLES

Example 1: Remove a partnership

PS C:\>Remove-SRPartnership -SourceComputerName "SR-SRV05" -SourceRGName "ReplicationGroup01" -DestinationComputerName "SR-SRV06" -DestinationRGName "ReplicationGroup02"
Confirm
Are you sure you want to perform this action?
This action will remove partnership between source group ReplicationGroup01 and destination group ReplicationGroup02.
Are you sure you want to continue?
[Y] Yes [A] Yes to All [N] No [L] No to All [S] Suspend [?] Help (default is "Y"):

This command removes a partnership between servers SR-SRV05 and SR-SRV06.

Example 2: Remove all partnerships

PS C:\>Get-SRPartnership | Remove-SRPartnership

This command gets all partnerships on the current computer by using the Get-SRPartnership cmdlet. The command passes the partnerships to the current cmdlet by using the pipeline operator. The current cmdlet removes all partnerships for all paired servers.
