Stopping a Recording

To stop a recording, click Cancel or Save.
If you click Cancel, the recording stops, and WPR does not save the data. If you click Save, you can choose a location and file name for your event trace log (ETL) file, and then type a description of the recording. Click Save, and then click OK. If you click Cancel, WPR does not save the recording.
