Update alternative quotations

The Alternative quotations form links quotations for the same customer or prospect, and ensures that the linked quotations all have the same status.
For example, all of the linked quotations can have a status of Sent. Then, if the status of one of the quotations is updated to Confirmed, a dialog box prompts you to provide the reason why the remaining linked quotations were lost.
Click Sales and marketing > Common > Sales quotations > All quotations. On the Action Pane, on the General tab, click Alternative quotations.

Click Accounts receivable > Common > Customers > All customers. Select a customer line. On the Action Pane, on the Sell tab, click Quotations > All quotations. On the Action Pane, on the General tab, click Alternative quotations.

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Sales quotations > All quotations. On the Action Pane, on the General tab, click Alternative quotations.
