Create picking list journal lines (class form)

Click Production control > Journals > Picking list. Click Picking list, and then click Create lines.

Use this form to create journal lines for a picking list that are based on information that you enter. The site from the production order is entered on a journal line and cannot be changed.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Production

Select the production that you want to generate picking list lines for.

Oper. No.

Select the operation number. Only lines from the BOM (bill of material) that this number references are generated in the journal.

Date

Select the date when the picking list lines are generated.

Quantity

Enter the production quantity that you want to calculate the consumption for.

Journal name

Select the journal name.

Journal number

Select the journal number.

Proposal

Select an option to specify the production quantity that you want to base consumption on. If you select Quantity, the consumption of the picking list is based on the value in the Quantity field. The other options work with the Consumption = Proposal field.

Consumption = Proposal

Select this check box to base consumption on the value in the Proposal field.
