Main account statistics (form)

Click General ledger > Common > Main accounts. Select a main account. On the Action Pane, in the Related information group, click Statistics.
Use this form to view a graph of the balance of the selected main account, according to the setup of aging period definitions and calculations in the Select an aging period definition and a date principle and Aging period definitions forms.

Aging period definitions |
Open the Aging period definitions form, where you can create or view aging period definitions. You can set up an interval to show, for example, the quarterly balances for a given fiscal year. For this example, on the Periods FastTab, you would set the Unit field to 1 and the Interval field to Quarter. |
