Mass delete quotations

You can delete a selection of quotations that you no longer want to keep track of in the system.

  1. Click Sales and marketing > Periodic > Clean up > Delete quotations.

  2. In the Delete quotations form, click the Select button. If necessary, customize the query to match your needs.

  3. Click OK to transfer the quotations from the query to the Delete quotations form.

    Note

    If the query transfers quotations that you do not want to delete, you can remove them by highlighting them and pressing ALT+F9.

  4. Click OK to delete the selected quotations.

Note

Quotations with the status "Sent" cannot be deleted. If you want to delete sent quotations, you must update them to "Lost" or "Canceled" before you delete them.
