Consistency check (class form)

Click System administration > Periodic > Database > Consistency check.

Use this form to check the internal structure and integrity of the database tables for a module.

Note

We recommend that you run the consistency check as a batch job during off-peak hours to minimize impact to system performance.

General

  • In the Module list, select the module that you want to check or correct.

  • In the Check/Fix list, select which action to perform:

    • Select Check to check the module without fixing any errors.

    • Select Fix error to check the module and fix any errors found.

Batch

Set up and run the consistency check as a batch job.

Buttons

Description

Dialog

Opens the configuration form for the specific node that is selected in the tree.

Frequently, this button opens the query dialog box. This enables you to restrict the records to be checked.

Execute

Starts the check for the selected node.

Select the module that you want to check and correct.

Check/Fix

Check the module with or without fixing any errors.

From date

Include only records past the specified date.
