Click System administration > Periodic > Services and Application Integration Framework > History.
Use this form to track the history of documents that are transferred through integration ports. To save copies of the XML code for these documents, click Document logs.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Messages can contain more than one document. Select Message to view information about messages, or select Document to view individual documents. |

Overview |
For messages, view the action, action identifier, port name, company accounts ID, and the date and time that the message was created. For documents, view the name of the form that is associated with the document, entity key, action, port name, company ID, and the date and time that the document was created. |
General |
View detailed information for the selected message or document. |
Details |
View details about message processing and about the user. |

Description |

Correlation |
View the form name, table name, and entity key that are related to the document being transferred. When you click View, the form associated with the document will open. |
Document logs |
View the versions of the document as it is processed, according to the value that you specified in the Inbound ports or Outbound ports forms. When you specify this value for a port, you can set the logging mode to Original document, All document versions, Message header only, or Logging disabled. When this field contains Logging disabled, the following features are also disabled: document correlation, document history, and tests for idempotence. |
Clear document XML |
Clear all versions, or clear only the interim versions of document XML for documents and messages that are displayed on the Overview tab. |
Clear document history |
Deletes all messages, documents, and document correlations for messages that have a status of Processed or Error. |

Service operation |
The service operation for the request, such as create, read, or update. |
Port name |
The name of the integration port that initiates the data transfer. |
Company accounts ID |
The initials of the company accounts. |
Created date and time |
The date and time that the message was created. |
Bulk status |
That status of a batched request. |
Message ID |
The unique message ID. |
Message-set identifier |
The ID that is used to identify batched-request groups. |
Request message ID |
For an outbound message, the unique ID for the message that requested the transfer. |
Channel |
The address of the port. |
Adapter |
The adapter that is used to pass the message. |
Message direction |
The direction of the message: inbound, outbound, or both. |
Pipeline |
The identifier of the pipeline used to process the message. |
Endpoint user |
The ID of the user who is associated with the port, as entered on the Inbound ports forms. The default user is the same as the submitting user. |
Submitting user |
The ID of the user who submitted the message. The user can be a trusted intermediary as defined on the Inbound ports form. |
