Create a call list and call list targets [AX 2012]

You can create call lists for campaigns that your organization is conducting. After you create the call list, you can add call list targets to the list. Call list targets are customers, prospects, or vendors that you created the campaign for.

  1. Click Sales and marketing > Common > Telemarketing > All call lists.

  2. On the Action Pane, in the New group, click Call list.

  3. In the Call lists form, on the General FastTab, enter a description of the call list and select the worker who is responsible for the call list.

  4. To attach a questionnaire to the call list, select the questionnaire.

  5. In the Start date/time and End date/time fields, specify the date range.

    The values in the date fields are for information only. You can make calls to targets before or after the dates that you set.

  1. Click Sales and marketing > Common > Telemarketing > All call lists.

  2. On the Action Pane, in the New group, click Call list to create a new call list. Or, double-click an existing call list to add targets.

  3. In the Call lists form, on the Targets FastTab, click Add.

  4. In the Contact ID field, select the contact that you want to include in the call list.

  5. In the Name field, select the worker who is responsible for contacting the target.

  6. In the Planned date/time field, enter the date and time when the target should be contacted.

  2. On the Action Pane, in the New group, click Call list to create a new call list. Or, double-click an existing call list to add targets.

  3. In the Call lists form, on the Targets FastTab, click Select targets.

  4. In the Create call list form, click Select, modify the delimiters of the query that is used to create the call list targets, and then click OK.

  5. Click OK to transfer the selected targets to the Call list form.

    TipTip

    In the Call list form, you can modify the call list targets that you transferred by removing or adding individual targets.
