Click Human resources > Setup > Time and attendance > Groups > Flex groups.

Use this form to create flex groups that contain parameters for flexible hours for workers who have a flexible hours work schedule. A flex group can contain limits for the minimum and maximum hours allowed on a flex balance. It can also contain information on how adjustments should reflect the worker’s pay.

You can specify minimum and maximum levels for flex balances, and then enable them to be automatically adjusted when payroll data is transferred.

You can also adjust the flex balances manually in the Adjust flex balance form (Click Human resources > Periodic > Time and attendance > Flex > Adjust flex balance.).

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.
