Advertising media (form)

Click Human resources > Setup > Recruitment > Media.

Use this form to maintain the list of advertising media that you use to recruit new workers.

For example, media might include the following:

  • Newspaper advertisements and the names of the newspapers

  • Names and addresses of Internet sites

  • Employment agencies and the names of the agencies

By recording the media that you use, you can determine the effectiveness of each kind of media in the Application statistics form.

Note

You cannot delete a media record that is associated with a recruitment project.

Select the vendor that you paid to advertise your job openings.

Update the address information for the company that owns the media.

Update contact information for the company that owns the media.

The information in this field is maintained in the following form:

Vendor account

Select the vendor account that is associated with the media.

The information in this field is maintained in the following form:

 Vendors (form).

Note

If you select a vendor account to associate with a media record and you want to include address and contact information for the vendor, you must manually enter the information in this form. The address and contact information fields in this form are not synchronized with addresses and contact information saved in the Vendors form.
