E-mail group members (form) [AX 2012]

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click Sales and marketing > Setup > Mailings > E-mail groups. Click the Members button.

Use this form to assign contacts, workers, or sales units to the active e-mail group.

Current members of the active e-mail group appear in the list on the right side of the form.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

View all contacts and their e-mail addresses.

Workers

View all workers and their e-mail addresses.

Sales units

View the sales unit in a tree structure format.

Button

Description

Add an active worker, contact, or sales unit to the e-mail group.

< (left arrow)

Remove an active worker, contact, or sales unit from the e-mail group.

Field

Description

Contact

The name of the contact.

E-mail

The e-mail address of the contact.

Personnel number

The personnel number or identification code of the worker.

Worker name

The name of the worker.

E-mail

The e-mail address of the worker.

E-mail group copy type

How the e-mail message is sent to the recipient:

  • Directly (To)

  • As a copy (Cc)

  • As a blind copy (Bcc)

If None is specified, no e-mail message is sent to the e-mail group member.
