Promissory note statistics (form)

Click Accounts payable > Inquiries > Promissory notes > Promissory note statistics.
Use this form to view statistics about the status of promissory notes, based on the data in the Promissory note journal form.
Calculation of statistics
The Honored documents line is updated only when the amount is settled in full.
For example, a promissory note that has a status of Drawn and an amount of 100.00 is partially settled with 50.00, which creates the following transactions:
One transaction that has a status of Drawn and an amount of 50.00.
One transaction that has a status of Honored and an amount of 50.00.
The Drawn and invoice-confirmed documents line is updated with the amount and the remaining amount, but the Honored documents line is not updated.
