Click Home > Setup > Questionnaires > Questionnaire parameters.

Use this form to define parameters that control basic functions and default settings for questionnaires. For more information, see About questionnaire parameters and Prerequisites for questionnaire.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Allow anonymous results

Select this check box to allow anonymous questionnaire results.

Reference

Select a type of record that can be automatically numbered. Options include Answer and Question.

Number sequence code

Select a number sequence to use for the selected reference. When you create a new question or answer, the next number in the sequence is assigned as an identifier for the question or answer.

Use the Number sequences list page to define number sequence codes.
