Professional experience (form) [AX 2012]

Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Workers. Select a worker. On the Action Pane, click > Competencies tab > Worker competencies group > Professional experience.

Click Human resources > Common > Recruitment > Applicants. Select an applicant. On the Action Pane, click > Applicant tab > Competencies group > Professional experience.

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Contacts > All contacts. Select a contact person. On the Action Pane, click >Competencies tab > Competencies group> Professional experience.

Use this form to create and manage information about a person’s professional experience. You can enter information about previous employers and positions, and also add descriptions of the tasks of previous positions.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Field

Description

Employer

The company or employer with whom the professional experience was gained.

Position

A description of the position where the experience was gained.

Contact information field group

Enter the Internet address, telephone, and location information for the previous employer.

Start date

The starting date for the position, regardless of whether it is a previous, current, or future position.

End date

The ending date for the position, regardless of whether it is a previous, current, or future position.

Note

Enter additional information about the professional experience. This can include tasks, responsibilities, or similar information.
