Diagnosis codes (form)

Click Service management > Setup > Repair > Diagnosis areas. Select the diagnosis area for which you want to define diagnosis codes, and then click Diagnosis codes.
Use this form to create diagnosis codes that are used in repair lines for service objects. Diagnosis codes are associated with diagnosis areas and describe problems and solutions.
Example
A customer brings an automobile to your repair shop and reports several issues, which you list as diagnosis codes:
When the brakes are applied, the car makes a noise and the steering wheel shakes. You add the Replace brake pads diagnosis code to the existing Brake pads diagnosis area.
The car shakes when it turns corners. You add the Tighten parts diagnosis code to the existing Steering linkage diagnosis area.
