  • StartStart – The job must start at the same time the next job starts.

  • EndEnd – The job must end at the same time the next job ends.

Examples

Examples of possible combinations of link type and link:

EndStart and Soft – used between operations.

EndStart and Hard – used between setup job and process job.

StartStart and Hard – used between several operations resources in the same operation.

Ended and Hard – used for secondary operations.

  • Hard – This indicates that the following job must be placed as what the attachment defines.

Working time

Select this check box to schedule according to defined work time.

Capacity

If you select this check box, the planning function will reserve capacity on the current budget line if the planning is performed with limited capacity.

Invoice date

View the forecasted invoice date. The invoice date calculated for forecast transactions is based on the sum of the invoice date plus the invoice frequency defined on the invoice project.

Elimination date

Cost payment date

Expected payment date of the cost. The date is calculated by adding project date and the terms of payment set up for expenses in the project parameters.

Sales payment date

Expected payment date of the revenue. The date is calculated by adding the invoice date plus individual buffer days from the contract project plus general buffer days from the project parameters.

Load

Specify the maximum capacity of the resource to assign to the selected transaction. Specify the capacity as a percentage.

Load displays the percentage of maximum capacity that has been reserved. The maximum capacity is specified in the work calendar.

Requirement type

The type of requirement that you want to specify for the activity.

Job scheduling

Resource

Displays the operations resource that is assigned to perform the job as soon as planning is finished.

Hours scheduled

Forecast lines can be divided into multiple lines. The operations resource available hours determines how a task is distributed over time considering how other tasks are already allocated.

End date

The end date calculated for the current activity.

End time
