Use this form to review and maintain contact person synchronizations between Outlook or Exchange Server and Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Support for integration with Microsoft Exchange Server is available only in AX 2012 R3 Cumulative Update 8 and later.

View the unique identification number of the contact person. |

View the name of the contact person. |
Microsoft Outlook synchronization type |
The permissions that the employee has for editing the contact person data in Outlook or Exchange Server. |
Microsoft Outlook entry ID |
The Entry ID for the Outlook or Exchange Server contact that is used for synchronization. |
Transaction time |
The most recent time that the list of Microsoft Dynamics AX contacts was synchronized with Outlook or Exchange Server contacts. |
